Check-in is 3pm. Check -out is 11am. Due to bookings and housekeeping schedules, we cannot offer flexible times unless prior arrangements have been made.

There are no required minimum nights for your stay.

For cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

If a guest cancels their reservation less than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date, the total deposit paid is non-refundable. Guests will be allowed to reschedule their visit one time, within a year, based on availability of Delta Retreat.

Delta Retreat does not offer refunds or date changes due to inclement weather.

A security deposit is required to secure your reservation. Inquiring on dates or sending the reservation request form does not ensure your reservation is final.

A 50% deposit will be required to secure all reservations.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to the scheduled check-in date or at check-in, based on prior arrangement.

Reservations made fewer than 7 days before the check-in date must be paid in full when booked and the total amount paid is non-refundable.

The cleaning fee is included in the rental rate.

Housekeeping is not available during your stay, however please do contact us if there is a need, so we can better serve you.

Each bedroom contains (2) Queen-sized beds. Max occupancy for each room is 4 guests. The maximum total guests cannot exceed 16.

The number of guests approved is based on your reservation.

Delta Retreat prohibits unregistered guests to stay overnight.

Delta Retreat reserves the right to cancel the remainder of your stay, without a refund, if the occupancy policies are violated.

Delta Retreat strictly prohibits smoking (of any kind) or vaping inside the home.

The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Guests will be charged a minimum of $200 for cleaning and deodorizing if there are any violations of our smoking policy.

No fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property.

We love our four-legged friends, however we do not allow pets at this time.

While there is no central A/C, fans are provided during the summer season for a comfortable stay.
