There are no required minimum nights for your stay.

Guests who cancel 7 – 14 days before check-in get a 50% refund of amount paid.

Cancellations 14 days or less of reservation start date will not be refunded.

Delta Retreat does not offer refunds or date changes due to inclement weather.

All reservations are managed through AirBnB. Please see our reservations page.

Housekeeping is not available during your stay, however please do contact us if there is a need, so we can better serve you.

Each bedroom contains (2) Queen-sized beds. Max occupancy for each room is 4 guests. The maximum total guests cannot exceed 16.

The number of guests approved is based on your reservation.

Delta Retreat prohibits unregistered guests to stay overnight.

Delta Retreat reserves the right to cancel the remainder of your stay, without a refund, if the occupancy policies are violated.

Delta Retreat strictly prohibits smoking (of any kind) or vaping inside the home.

The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Guests will be charged a minimum of $200 for cleaning and deodorizing if there are any violations of our smoking policy.

No fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property.

We love our four-legged friends, however we do not allow pets at this time.

While there is no central A/C, fans are provided during the summer season for a comfortable stay.

We know that a roaring fire is part of making memories at Delta Retreat.

For everyone’s safety, please use the wood-burning stove and outdoor fire pit responsibly. Never leave a fire unattended, keep children a safe distance away, and follow any posted instructions for proper use.

Please make sure all fires are completely extinguished before leaving the area or going to bed. Firewood is provided for the designated fire areas only—please do not burn other materials.
